What Counts as an "Appearance Photo"?
Appearance photos are photos taken while wearing the official Elite Beauty state or national title sash at a public event or community appearance.
The titleholder must be wearing their official Elite Beauty state or national sash and be clearly visible in the photo.
The appearance must take place at a public or community event that is open or appropriate for a general audience.
Political events, political rallies or campaign activities, and events that are not intended for a general audience do not qualify as approved appearances.
Appearance photos must be taken during the queen or king's current one-year reign. Photos from a previous reign or title year will not be counted toward the current Ambassador Contest.
Ambassador Queens and Kings receive a special gift from our headquarters, and their title(s) will be posted on our homepage.
